Danielle Wateridge
Living in Northern Virginia for the majority of her life, Danielle has a deep appreciation and understanding of the unique neighborhoods and opportunity that the area possesses. Set apart from other Realtors by her unique mixture of professional experience in law, finance, and real estate, as well as her experience as a collegiate athlete, Danielle offers unparalleled knowledge that comes from a deep love of home and hard work.
Attending George Mason University as a full time student and athlete gave Danielle an edge in understanding the importance of dedication, discipline, and collaboration. Her student-athlete experience taught her how to best set achievable goals, how to efficiently work towards them, and to be adaptable when things change. After graduating from Mason in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Danielle joined a patent and corporate law firm in London. She relocated to New York City in 2009 as a business analyst for an international investment bank until 2013 when she returned to Northern Virginia. While she began her real estate investing career in New York City, Danielle’s love for Northern Virginia and her close-knit relationships is what brought her home.
Danielle’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her vocation of helping others. She has assisted friends and family from all walks of life, and welcomed those referred to her with open arms. Danielle prides herself in connecting clients to the right homes and to their communities, while understanding both the local market and her clients’ individual needs and goals. Her mission is to redefine the traditional model by backing up her clients with not only a seasoned local realtor, but a team of cutting edge marketing, client care, and operations professionals to provide unparalleled expertise and the most positive experience possible. Being a mom of 3, Danielle understands the stress that can come with making real estate decisions with your family at the forefront.
