It all started 10 years ago when Danielle Wateridge, the Founder and Team Lead of The Wateridge Group, began her career in real estate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. As Danielle reached many milestones and found much opportunity for growth, she decided to form her own team of rockstar agents and support staff. In building the team, it soon became evident that one of the most important traits that each team member possessed was the spirit, enthusiasm, and drive to help and serve others. With that, the vision and mission for all of us at The Wateridge Group put emphasis on advising, educating, and most importantly treating each and every client like family.

 

Not only does the team strive to foster the relationships that are built with clients through the transactional process, but it is made known that we are available for support and advising far into the future. Carl holds a degree in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London as well as an MBA from George Washington University. His background offers the expertise needed to continue to grow and improve the team's day-to-day operations and long-term processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. 

Carl’s mission is to not only support the needs of clients in their homeownership journey, but to provide leadership and support to the team to ensure they have the proper resources to deliver exceptional results.
